Dear Sky Steward,
What is your opinion about passengers that are too big to occupy a seat without invading the space of others sitting next to them? I had this happen to me recently and it was super uncomfortable!
Regards,
Squeezed in 24J
Dear Freshly Squeezed,
The Sky Steward has discussed this issue before on the blog, but it has surfaced again since United Airlines began enforcing its policy to protect the comfort of large customers and those seated around them. The Sky Steward believes that everyone should be comfortable. Unfortunately for the larger customer, it requires the purchase of extra space either by purchasing another coach seat or buying a more spacious seat in business or first class.

You Rock! I love the "gift bag." I'll let you know if I get one;-)
David, great idea about the upgrade bag! I brought a giant bag of M&Ms once and got a kiss! I will be packing my upgrade bag for my flight to Houston on Thursday! I like the idea of making the FA's workday a little nicer! Happy FAs are pleasant FAs.
Hello David...
Everyone knows Romy and Michele created Post-its.
Wish all airlines would become more strict with SuperSized pax. I was squeezed between two of them once from STT to FLL. Extremely unpleasant to say the least.

It was about time!!! if they want to be overweight and take extra space, then they should pay for it!!! isn't fair that I pay for my ticket and then I have to share half with someone that I don't even know!!! It is already bad enough to fly in the cattle car but at least respect the space of the seat that Im paying for!!
BTW you are super hot and keep the good work
I'll fix my upgrade bad for my trip from SFO-JFK on May 18 AA20
